AUSTRALIA REGAINS THE ASHES !!



What an absolute dominating performance from the Australian side in this 2021-22 Ashes. Absolutely magnificent didn't gave the England even a chance to make a comeback in any stage in these three test matches. Amazing with both bat and bowl in all three test matches ensured that they will be retaining Ashes once again. The year 2021 has been some sort of blessing for the Aussies as earlier they won the T20 World cup in Dubai and now winning Ashes in the home is definitely cherry on the Cake. Can we say that those dominant Australians are back once again as they used to rule the Cricket in the old era's. Seems like the team is heading into right direction and good results are the reasons to prove it.


Before the start of the Ashes Australia had a major change that  Tim Paine  resigned as a captain of Test Cricket due to some personal issue. So Australia needed a new Captain to lead into their most important Test Match Series or I should I call as a Series of Pride which was not easy to take such a big call. Furthermore the Team Decided to drop Tim Paine as the wicket keeper, so new keeper Alex Carey has to debut in the Ashes. So lots of fuss was going on. Then after first test match Hazlewood who is considered as one of the top gun of fast bowling in the team was injured and Pat Cummins had to miss out the second test match due to covid guidelines ,he got contacted with a person who was tested positive. So Steve Smith was appointed as a Captain for the second test match. Despite all this factors team is  leading 3-0 in the series. Believe it or not they are currently best in the business. 

AMAZING TEAM INTENT!

As for as Considering all the three test matches Australia had a treat team effort. David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne got runs in the first test match. Warner has two 90's in the series. Pat Cummins started his Test Captaincy Career with a Five Wicket haul. While Starc has been highest wicket taken till now. Scot Boland had a dream test debut. Picking up 6 wickets of the second test match that helped to dismiss them on 68 and win with a innings and offcourse retaining the Ashes. That's is so overwhelming. Nathan Lyon has been providing with very good spells. Chris Green with his epic partnership breaking skills. These players has a key role in retaining the Ashes. Englishmen really had nothing against them in these three matches. 


ALL WRONG FOR THE ENGLAND!!

This epic failure from the England was quite suprising. Usually England are considered good sides in the Test Matches. But a result like this will always hurt  them. There was merely not a single moment that England look dominant in the series. Before the Ashes joining of Ben Stokes made such a great hype but even he failed to regain his form. Joe Root was actually fighting  but this time even he couldn't survive longer. Literally England are facing some hard times. In the third test match they actually had some fight where Anderson bowled a great spell and they were in the Control. But then they got all out merely on 68 in the third innings. An innings defeat is stab wound for the team right now which is already in the bad position.  So after the Ashes is being reatined by The Australians now merely formality is left of playing the left two test matches. They can still win and show some character. 



THE LEADER: PAT CUMMINS

A captain has a great responsibility towards the team especially in the sport of Cricket. Management of all players and having a good coordination is the must criteria to obtain success in a Captaincy career.  Pat Cummins has already shown that character. What a great start for the Pat Cummins as a captain. Captaincy for the first time in the tournament and providing with such great results says that he is perfect for the team. A Captaincy debut in such a great tournament is not a piece of cake definitely. I know that many people will not judge him as it's his first series as a captain but still he has some potential. Australia test Captaincy are surely in a great hands. Surely from here the new skipper would be looking for clean sweep because its a historic battle and you want to win every single game in this tournament. As the Australia is performing I think certainly they will surely win 5-0.

NO PLAYOFFS FOR RCB

RCB is one of the most competitive teams in the IPL. Yet, they haven't bagged a single IPL trophy. Year after year, the expectations from the fans increase, but the team once again falls short of crossing the finish line. Time and again, I find myself disappointed at the end of the tournament.
